Who doesn’t love Paris?
I was fortunate to live in Paris as a child. My dad was transferred there for work and it was an incredible experience for the whole family.
I try to go back every year and always make the rounds of my favorite haunts:
- Place St Sulpice: we lived right on the square in a beautiful apartment with 16 foot ceilings and a view of the church and the square.
- Cafe de Flore: I order a “grand creme” and flip through the latest issue of Pariscope to see what’s happening in theatre, concerts and museums for the week.
- Jardin du Luxembourg: I walked across this park every morning on my way to school at the Lycee Montaigne.
you are indeed lucky =]
