Dining al fresco

The weather is so perfect right now!  It’s time for dining al fresco.

We shop at our local farmers market on Sundays and stock up on fresh fruits and vegetables.  If we’re lucky, they sometimes have freshly caught salmon.

A simple dinner of poached salmon with a blueberry-mango sauce and sliced tomatoes in a light vinaigrette works beautifully accompanied by a California rosé.
